Our Crew
Patina Construction & Development, LLC employs a diverse team of dozens in-house of skilled builders who specialize in general construction practices. These skills encompass everything from framing and custom trim work to the installation of premium products such as tile, flooring, cabinetry, windows, and doors. In addition, we work with a heavily vetted list of licensed and insured subcontractors to perform speciality trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, waterproofing, concrete, insulation, and roofing. We also staff multiple construction estimating professionals and project management professionals, as well as a highly skilled office administrator. Our tenured project management team works with all project stakeholders to coordinate the efficient deployment of resources and ultimately bring our client's vision life.

Donato & Quentin Carbone are 4th generation contractors from the greater New York City area with more than two decades of commercial and residential construction experience between them. Quentin has a degree in Supply Chain Management from University of Pittsburgh School of Business and Donato has Construction and Engineering Degrees from Pennsylvania College of Technology and SUNY Farmingdale.
