Building on a Legacy

The owners of Patina Construction & Development, LLC come from a long line of builders, representing the fourth generation of contractors with deep-rooted experience in both residential and commercial construction—on both their maternal and paternal sides.

Quentin and Donato Carbone honed their expertise while working for their father’s company, Quedan Construction Services, which continues to operate out of Long Island City, Queens, NY, serving New York City and the greater metropolitan area. Notably, their family business played a significant role in the interior fit-out and held the permit for the "Chelsea Market" in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood for over a decade.

Other featured projects include renovations to Citi Field (home of the Mets), a Kobe Japanese restaurant in Midtown Manhattan, along with many other well known New York restaurants such as "Del Posto", "Frank's Steak House", and "Della Rovere" to name a few. Photos below also depict fit-outs for notable, large scale, chain fitness facilities, a pizzeria in Long Island City, and custom-built homes on both a peninsula in the Hamptons and along the Atlantic Beach coastline—all of which were, in part, managed by the current leadership of Patina Construction & Development, LLC.

Now, we are excited to carry this legacy forward in the Greater Pittsburgh Area and beyond.
